OR Group, which includes the parent company OR-CZ Ltd. a subsidiaries of OR-NEXT and ORM, and organizational unit OR-CZ Slovakia currently employs over 100 people and serves more than 200 major customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

OR Group turnover in 2010 amounted to CZK 190 million, which is the second best result in more than twenty years of firm history. Very important is the amount of productivity from added value that is over the past five years more than doubled.

The decisive contribution to group results has the parent company OR-CZ. OR-CZ is a stable company that is constantly seeking new opportunities for its further development. The traditional market segment, based from the beginning on the manufacturing and trading company, has gradually expanded in the health sector.

Medical Solutions Division, which was founded in 2004 is currently the most powerful division of OR-CZ. The main product of this division is a system for archiving, communication and medical diagnostic MARIE PACS. More and more hospitals use other products and services offered by the company. These include IT architecture, economic QI modules and Lotus Notes System of messaging and collaboration. In the past year has been implemented great number of new projects in the health sector. As one of the first systems integrators implemented OR-CZ Ltd. integration project in health in a University Hospital in Ostrava.

OR-SYSTEM division recorded a slight recovery in recent years and increased orders from new and current customers, product users of ERP system OR-SYSTEM. Continues further development of the OR-SYSTEM functionality, especially in the field of the integration with selected third-party solutions and advanced planning and scheduling (APS).

OR-CZ holds a certificate of quality management systems, environmental protection, IT services and information security in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.

The system for medical diagnosis MARIE PACS is certified as a medical device Class IIb under the CE 0434 mark.

OR-CZ Slovakia represents the interests of OR Group in the Slovak Republic both commercially and in terms of customer care.

ORM Ltd. is specialized in the supply and implementation of comprehensive solutions for management information systems and Business Intelligence on IBM Cognos platform. The company develops custom analytic applications covering all key areas of in-house planning and management, and independent of the customer base ERP system. At the same time provides support for implementing enterprise information systems supplied by OR Group.
OR-NEXT Ltd. as the exclusive representative of the American company Lawson Software provides a complete solution for managing business processes Lawson M3 and cares for its users. Another supplied product is the ERP system QI of the Czech society DC Concept.

The main activities of the OR Group are focused on the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Activities are gradually expanding to Germany, Russia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and other countries. These activities are carried out in cooperation with selected partners.
The entire OR Group works closely and its comprehensive portfolio of products is able to meet the needs and requirements of a wide range of customers.

Sustained attention is devoted in recent years to services expanding and improving. Crucial are guaranteed service level agreements (SLA), which are offered under the name HelpDesk for all products supplied by OR Group.

The main goal of the OR Group remains fulfilling a long-term strategy: "Helping clients to success by providing comprehensive services and cutting-edge information technology solutions."
